Robin, Christian, Adam and Marcus all employed as software developers are now a part of the Softwerk family.
Robin, Christian, Adam and Marcus all employed as software developers are now a part of the Softwerk family. We are very happy and excited about this addition to the team, which already has and will generate value both internally and externally.
Robin started at Softwerk as an intern in the fall of 2021, but there was no doubt about him getting an employment that started last year December 2021.
“A flexible workplace where you can participate not only in the development, but the whole process from idea to product. The colleagues here at Softwerk feel very competent and I have learned a lot of things. No one at Softwerk is stressed or feels bad as the work environment is really good and you can see that in the people working here.”
Christian was employed November 2021 and has since then had an important role as developer and tester in one of our projects.
“The best thing about working at Softwerk, besides the ability to work from home, a very cool office environment and great team mates, is the diversity. Due to the high amount of different projects, the skills required on different projects are vastly different, which means that there is a lot of room for professional growth. No two projects are alike, which is awesome!“
Adam started first of March this year and has already made a great impact in our own internally product infosynk.
“While it's always a bit exhausting to start somewhere new, my time at Softwerk has been great so far, especially since everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming. The combination of interesting work and nice colleagues makes a team I’m excited to be a part of!
Marcus is the latest addition to the family and we are very positive about his future career at Softwerk.
“Very exciting to start working at Softwerk. It is clear that the colleagues here love what they do, everything from embedded systems to system development to AI. If you have a strong interest in development or technology in general, it is not difficult to get into the group. Everyone here is helpful and there are high ceilings.“
