Softwerk's privacy Policy is in accordance with the GDPR which entered into force on 25th of May 2018. When is Personal Data processed by Softwerk?

Since Softwerk is a B2B company we manage your personal data as the contact person for the company. We also process personal data for employees and jobseekers who applied for a job at Softwerk.

If Softwerk receives an email where the third person is mentioned, we will inform the third person that we are processing personal data about them, except if, on the individual case, we make a weight-of-evidence assessment that the individual stake to contact the person and give the information is disproportionate to the importance of informing the person.

How long Softwerk stores Personal Data

You become a prospective customer until you object to our process of personal data.

We process and store your personal data;

  • As long as it is required to fulfill the purpose of the processing.
  • As long as we are required to do this (for example, accounting, 7 years).

Afterwards your personal data will be erased. Deletion of personal data is carried out followed by Softwerk’s screening plan in both digital and paper-bound information management.

During the period of Softwerk processing your personal data, we will protect your personal data. Our security systems are developed with your privacy in focus and to protect in a very high degree against intrusion, destruction and other changes that may pose a risk to your privacy.
